What is the transit time for my order in the United States?
After your order is confirmed, please allow 3-6 business days for it to be delivered to destinations within the United States.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS First Class Package shipping for all orders within the United States.
What is the shipping charge?
The shipping charge for USPS First Class Package shipping within the United States is $9.65 per order.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options.
Can I change my delivery address once the order is in transit?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at [insert contact email].
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order when it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can only be received and then sent back to us with cancellation reasons.
